2's can collect 200 credits
3's collects 50 credits from each player
4's draws a Jedi card
5's Draws a Sith card
6's :fights" another player for a property they own that isn't part of a complete monopoly.

If a player chooses to try and claim another's property (by having rolled "boxcars" (double sixes), each player rolls one die: one is red and one is blue.

In a galaxy far, far away... Darth Vader passed Go and collected $200.

No, this isn't the latest in bad movie ideas, but one of the coolest pop culture board games ever. Monopoly: Star Wars Saga Edition mixes the fun of our favorite space opera with the most popular board game ever created. I will assume that you already know how to play Monopoly, so lets get right into the important stuff.

Just like in your dreams, you can choose to be one of your favorite Star Wars characters. Since this is the 'Saga Edition,' characters from all six episodes are featured: Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Darth Sidious, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, Yoda and General Grievous. The pieces are made with quality and look good. What? Where is R2-D2 or Han Solo? Good question. My guess is they were looking for characters not so strongly established with the Original Trilogy, in order to give the game a more Complete Saga feeling.

The usual spaces are here. Things like Go, Free parking and Go to Jail should be familiar to us all. The properties are taken from all six movies, again giving the game a more Complete Saga feel. The purchasable spaces feature familiar places like Endor, Hoth and Coruscant Senate. The railroad spaces are all ships from the Star Wars Saga. Instead of community chest and chance cards, you now have Jedi vs Sith. Each of the cards are also Star Wars themed variations of the traditional Monopoly chance and community chest cards, of course.

All in all, this is a solid entry in the Monopoly series. If you are looking to get Monopoly: Star Wars Saga Edition for a collection, the box art looks good sitting on a shelf next to your Bobba Fett and Han Solo figures. If you are looking to play this game and are a fan of Monopoly, you will love it. If you are only a fan of Star Wars, the game may drag on a bit, but all of the Star Wars references will be enough to keep you entertained for most of it.
